Virtual IOP

Virtual IOP Mental Health & Addiction Services

What is a Virtual IOP Program?

A Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, therapist-led addiction and mental health treatment through secure online sessions. It offers the same level of clinical care as in-person IOP, while allowing clients to participate from the comfort of their own homes.

Overview

Generally, Virtual IOP can last up to 3 months (based on medical necessity)
Requires a minimum of 9 hours per week, dispersed over 3 days (based on medical necessity)

Our Virtual IOP Program

3 Evening Groups Per Week

Three evenings per week of clinician-led group sessions, each lasting three hours, providing structured support, connection, and skill-building in a consistent schedule.

1 Individual Session Per Week

Weekly one-on-one sessions with a master level licensed clinician focused on personalized goals, emotional support, and individualized treatment planning.

Additional Support for Connection

Alongside group and individual therapy, our team can help identify supplemental self-help and peer support resources to strengthen ongoing connection and well-being.
