Our Levels of Care
What are ‘Levels of Care’?
Levels of Care generally refer to the intensity of services that are required to diagnose and treat substance use, mental health, or co-occurring disorders.
Why are Levels of Care necessary?
There is no ‘one size fits all’ when caring for individuals in need. Different intensities allow clients to enter treatment at the level of care that aligns with their needs and, ultimately, their recovery roadmap.
Do I have to start at the highest Level of Care?
No, that is the beauty of the different Levels of Care. The Level of Care you enter is determined during the needs assessment process, which determines your actual treatment needs. You can step up or down in the different Levels of Care as needed throughout your recovery journey.
